*Details of Wide Bay/Fraser Coast health services over Christmas period
Maryborough Blue Care services will be operating as follows over the Christmas/New Year period:- Respite Services (Domestic Assistance etc) providing normal services, excluding public holidays (closed on holidays) – intake to this service will follow normal procedure
- Day Centre Respite Services – closed from 17.12.2011 until 02.01.2012 (inclusive)
- Transport Services – closed from 24.12.2011 until 02.01.2012 (inclusive)
- Home Options Plus (Dementia respite – emergency, centre based and overnight) – closed from 22.12.2011 until 02.01.2012 (inclusive)
- Maryborough Community Care – admissions to the service will be based on needs – clients requiring nursing care (e.g. wound care) will be given priority
- Nursing services – normal services will be provided, however on public holidays, (26, 27 Dec, 01 Jan) – weekend services will be delivered
- Hygiene services – normal hygiene services to be provided, however on public holidays, (26, 27 Dec, 01 Jan) – weekend services will be delivered.
Blue Care Fraser Coast Allied Health will be closing for the Christmas break from:
Monday 26th December 2011 until
Monday 2nd January 2012 inclusive
We will be back in the office from Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
