To receive electronic discharge summaries from Queensland Health, General Practitioners must be on the STS-Address Book. When a General Practitioner moves practice, STS must be notified of the change. The form is here.

eReferral
Electronic referrals into QH Specialised Outpatients Department will commence in February 2011. Templates for Best Practice, Genie, Medical Director and Practix will be available to import mid-February. To use this electronic service, your practice must be configured to send via Medical-Objects or HealthLink.
