Living Strong
Living StrongLiving Strong is a healthy lifestyle and weight management group-based program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults (>18 years). It uses a behaviour change approach to improve health and wellbeing and prevent chronic diseases. The program was modified from the Lighten Up to a Healthy Lifestyle program in 1997. Living Strong was previously known as The Healthy Weight Program, but was revised and renamed in 2007.
