Symptom Review Clinic Hervey Bay Hospital

From 7th September 2009, Hervey Bay Hospital will be running a symptom review clinic every Monday afternoon.

The aim of this clinic is to formalise our ‘drop ins’ and follow up between specialist visits from Dr Dickie and Dr Whan of Oncology and Palliative Care patients.

Bookings can be made from Monday 24th August 2009.

To refer your patients to this clinic we will require a written referral addressed to Dr Juergen Gundlack . Once we receive your referral we will notify your patient either by telephone call or letter.

After each visit you will receive correspondence from Dr Gundlack on your patients’ condition and treatment.
